Nonviolent communication
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is an approach to communication based on principles of nonviolence. It aims at increasing empathy and improve the relationships with people around us.
There are four core elements at the center of the concept:

- Feeling
- Needs
- Request
The concept of Nonviolent communication itself goes back to Marshal Rosenberg.

Peace Clubs, Safe listening Circles, and groups
We are thrilled to announce the launch of 20 Peace Clubs in 20 different schools across Nepal! Our Peace Clubs are dedicated to promoting nonviolent communication, empathy, and conflict resolution among students, fostering a culture of peace and understanding.
For women and community caregivers, we are introducing Safe Listening and Sharing Circles, providing a nurturing space for authentic expression and emotional support.
